•  Please note:-There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association at 4.30pm on Saturday, 12th September 2026 at St. Mary's Church Hall, Chirk LL14 5HD.  This has been called by the Association's Committee.

The meeting will discuss, and if appropriate approve, a resolution to amend the Association's Rules in accordance with the draft rules attached hereto.

The draft rules make two substantive alterations to the existing rules:-

  1. To introduce a new class of members - Young Members - who are bellringers under the age of eighteen. (4.1.c)

  2. To alter the way subscriptions are paid so it is compatible with the Association's member management system (currently Membermojo) (6.4)

There are two minor alterations:-

  1. Replacement of the words "Recorded Delivery Post" by "Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class". (11.1)

  2. Replacement of  "Rule 12" by "Rule 11". (17.1.a)
